Tropical Coconut Mojito Recipe

A beachy take on the classic mojito.

Ingredients:

• 2 oz coconut rum
• 1 oz fresh lime juice
• 1 oz simple syrup
• 6 mint leaves
• 3 oz coconut water
• Ice
• Lime wedge and mint sprig for garnish

Instructions:

1. Muddle mint leaves with lime juice and simple syrup.
2. Add coconut rum and ice, then stir.
3. Top with coconut water and garnish.
